True, true. The documentary does a good job in showing how Rome has legitimate reasons for believing in tearing down the current systems, with the situations in Detroit and even Flint (though Flint wasn't covered). Rome takes things a bit further with some "big" opinions/goals, and while I don't agree with him on those escalations, I can completely see how and why those came about for him.
He does attempt to use a microphone and stereo at one point, but it malfunctions.
