A Mini Fundraiser
Dear Moviegoers,
Apologies for this non-review, non-news, and non-essay intrusion - but I’ve got a question for y’all.
Aside from this publication, I freelance write as often as I can. Starting very soon, however, I should have a very good, maybe salaried, non-writing recurring gig with a boutique/niche streaming app that has the potential to really benefit the local film community. Once the details come back to me, I’ll be able to relax and start celebrating. Right now, it’s slightly up in the air - 95/5 in my favor :)
In the interim, there's a tight spot I'm stuck in. Between fixing some health-related family credit/loan debt issues, I’ve got two bills to pay for the month leftover. Groceries are semi-covered, but these two bills (and maybe a car battery problem) will come due soon.
So…
